The Big Think was founded by Craig Mathews, a serial entrepreneur with international experience and a passion for creating and growing businesses.

Entrepreneurial Support

After enjoying the freedom of starting, running, and growing his own companies, Craig decided to help others achieve THE DREAM of entrepreneurship, as well as support small and mid-size business (SMB) growth. Craig serves as a coach to startups and small businesses in central North Carolina through the UNC Business School Center for Entrepreneurship, and through Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED). Both organizations help local students develop their business ideas and create business plans.

Although these programs at UNC and CED are excellent, they are focused specifically on the Triangle region in North Carolina, and sway toward technology and biotech companies. Big Think provides entrepreneurial training and coaching to people internationally.

Growth Consulting

For SMBs, Big Think helps sharpen the business model and execute client attraction strategies both online and off-line. We also provide educational workshops, online events, and intensive training for business owners.

Although Big Think is small, we are well-connected to other businesses and experts in virtually all fields, and will glady connect you with others who can help you if we cannot. For large projects, we will create the team necessary to deliver outstanding results.
